Kickboxing Schedule :
Kickboxing classes are currently every Monday and Wednesday at 8 am, 9 am, 6 pm, and 7 pm. Classes also take place on Fridays at 8 am, 9 am, and 5 pm.
Classes will be added to best suit our clients to the best of our abilities! Please take our survey attached below so that we can better suit you and your fitness needs!
Pre-Season wrestling club practice is September – October. Practices will be every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6 pm.
Regular season starts in November and runs til the end of March. Practices will be every Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 6 pm.
Wrestling practices peak the interest of our older wrestlers, while the young wrestlers can still keep up with the technique and intensity expected. We give our all to our wrestlers and in tern expect their respect, attention, and full commitment to the sport of wrestling! Practices are intensive and drive home the fine points of the sport so our members can find ways to succeed today, tomorrow, and in the future!
